By using Vayy, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized by the Vayy team. You may use all free features of Vayy without restriction, including filter-based capture workflows, basic light and color adjustments, crop tools, and access to your recent editing history. Premium features, including exclusive presets, advanced HSL controls, and Flux economy content, are subject to the terms outlined in the in-app storefront and Flux currency guidelines.
You agree to use Vayy in compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards, and to refrain from using the application to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. Vayy reserves the right to restrict access to premium features or Flux economy content if misuse is detected, though no such restrictions will impact your access to free core features of the application.
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and creative content you capture, edit, or store within Vayy. Vayy does not claim ownership of your creative work, and will not use, share, or distribute your content without your explicit permission. Your edited content is stored locally on your mobile device by default, and any cloud-based storage features (if available) will be governed by additional optional terms that you may choose to accept separately.
Vayy retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the application itself, including but not limited to the user interface, filter algorithms, preset designs, Flux economy system, and all software code. You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Vayy's software or proprietary features without written permission from the Vayy development team.
The Flux economy is Vayy's flexible system for accessing premium editing actions and in-app packs. Flux currency can be acquired through in-app purchases or occasional promotional offers, and can be redeemed for exclusive presets, advanced editing tools, and curated content packs in the Vayy storefront. All Flux purchases are final, and Flux currency is non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. The value of Flux currency is fixed at the time of purchase, and Vayy reserves the right to update the pricing of premium content or adjust Flux redemption rates with advance notice provided through in-app notifications.
Access to premium content acquired through Flux currency is tied to your device rather than an account, meaning you can continue to use purchased premium features on the same device even if you reinstall Vayy or clear app data (subject to device storage limitations). Vayy may offer limited-time promotions for Flux currency or premium content, which are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Vayy is committed to delivering a fluid, intuitive user experience with real-time preview of all editing actions and a clean, cinematic interface inspired by film rolls. We regularly release updates to improve performance, add new features, and enhance existing tools—these updates may be automatic or require your manual approval depending on your device settings. While we strive to ensure all updates are compatible with previous versions of the app, some advanced editing features may change slightly with updates to maintain optimal performance and creative functionality.
Your recent editing frames are stored locally on your device for quick access, comparison, and continued editing. Vayy may collect anonymous usage data to improve the app experience (governed by our Privacy Agreement), but this data will never include your personal content or identifiable information without your consent. We may also adjust the organization of recent frames or editing history to improve usability, but will never delete your local content without your explicit action.
